Egarsios: The 264 steps in Arachova

This great “staircase” is the way that leads to the Holy Church of Agios Georgios. It consists of 264 steps and it was created in 1927 by the thief Karathanasis. It is considered a must when one visits Arachova, since its ascent rewards you with a panoramic view.
