Mantamia Waterfall

Madamia Outdoors: Mantamia Waterfall is located in Polydrosos, within a lush forest filled with plane trees and running water. A small natural pool forms at its base.

As of 2026, the waterfall is accessible via a well-maintained dirt trail with a gentle incline. The approximately 2 km route runs beneath the dense shade of the plane trees and crosses several small wooden bridges, offering a pleasant hike through nature. The walk takes around 30–40 minutes from Polydrosos Square.

A small natural pool forms at the base of the waterfall. In 2026, the local authorities constructed an artificial barrier, enlarging the “pool.”

Thanks to its low level of difficulty, the trail is also suitable for families with children, provided that the necessary care is taken, as with any route through a natural environment. Sports shoes are essential, and you should carry water with you.
