In case of cancellation within 20 days prior to the arrival date, 30% of the total accommodation amount is charged.

In case of no-show, early departure, or late arrival beyond the confirmed booking dates, the guest agrees to pay the hotel 100% of the total accommodation cost or the remaining balance of the stay.

Mountain Chalet Livadi is a Chalet of unique aesthetics where stone and wood dominates. The Chalet is located in Livadi area, between the cosmopolitan Arachova and Parnassos ski center.
Consisted of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with Apivita products, 1 living room with fireplace, one fully equipped kitchen and 1 dining room.
It also features a large garden, a BBQ area with a stone oven, a Jacuzzi, a hydro massage, a sauna and parking space. It is ideal for relaxing holidays and nature activities for families, groups of friends or couples.
The location of the house is suitable for accommodation throughout the year as it is very close to Arachova and the ski center but at the same time it is close to coastal areas and beaches (Galaxidi, Itea, Antikyra).
The aesthetics of the Chalet combined with modern facilities and amenities compose a unique hospitality experience!
